I am a chemical engineer and work as a Lecturer at Lancaster University. This means that I do lots of scientific research and higher education teaching.     I am a scientist working in Johnson Matthey, Reading. I work Monday to Friday from around 9 to 4.30 in the office and the rest of the time I spend with my family. I love Chemistry and teaching or tutoring, more than that I love inspiring or motivating others. I live with my husband and my two beautiful kids in Reading. I don’t have any other close relatives in the UK. Luckily I have many good friends around me.

    Until my masters, I studied in India and then moved out of the country with my husband. I am Muslim, as you can see from (I belive you can guess) the profile picture with me wearing hijab. One year in Norway, 6-7 years in Denmark and finally settled in the UK. I did my PhD from Denmark.
