My Work:
I am a molecular biologist studying obesity. I try to find ways to activate special cells called brown adipocytes that can burn lots of fat to help obese patients lose weight.
-
My Typical Day:
I wake up around 6.30-7 am, have breakfast and prepare for work. I get to work around 9 and check my schedule. Each day is different!
Sometimes I have meetings with other researchers to talk about science and share our findings, sometimes I do experiments in the lab and other days I analyse data on my computer or write down my results. Most days are a mixture.
I finish work around 5 pm and pick up my baby from nursery before going home.

Education:
I studied at a public school in Galicia, in the North of Spain.
