Not at all. I’m normally actually quite excited if I find a cool insect out and about! Especially if it’s one of my beetles, I sometimes let them crawl around on my hand if they want to 🐞

That depends on if the bug is looking at me with evil intent. I have come across more than one spider looking at me shifty; so I have to pick it up and throw it outside!

No, I would say I am not scared but more curious! I think some bugs can be quite interesting, especially ladybugs. They have unique spots on their red backs, and I also think caterpillars can be quite fun to watch 🐛

All insects I am okay – I was just on fieldwork in Botswana and saw an insect that absolutely looked like they based a Pokemon on it. However, moving out of insects and to spiders I am always terrified!

I dont work with bugs that have legs but work with some cool microbes that are also called ‘bugs’. I work on how bad bugs fight drugs 🙂 ie how they becoming super powerful and cant be killed by antibiotics!
