I think tha t we find new information about how to keep astronauts safe in space every single day! I mean the main priority is oxygen, we need oxygen to breathe and there is no atmosphere in space. Then we realised that radiation is actually quite important, as again there is no protective atmosphere in space. And every day, the health of astronauts is checked on the International Space Station, and then checked again when they come back. By doing all the medical tests we have found for example the astronauts who spend time in space might have higher bone britleness, and we don’t want a lot of astronauts with broken bones!
