Hi! I am Konstantina, a Greek woman now living in Bristol. I live with my partner and in the summer I like spending time in the garden. I love to read and most importantly I love Harry Potter and Taylor Swift!

My Work:
I am working as a Research Engineer in the National Composites Centre. I am working in the research and development of composite materials for aerospace applications. Please feel free to ask me any questions!

My Typical Day:
I wake up and have breakfast. I start working at 9am, sometimes working from home and sometimes working in our offices. I finish work at 5 pm and then head home! 3 days a week I also go to the gym for some spinning or Zumba 🙂

What I'd do with the prize money:
If I win the prize money I would like to organise a STEM visit in primary and secondary schools in underprivileged neighbourhoods.
