This really depends on the size of the muscle and how quickly it is acting. Typically, it can range from 10 to 500 W/kg.

Depends on the muscle! Your little finger doesn’t have a lot of welly behind it but your leg muscles.. now they are something else. I’m an old fella but my leg muscles can still lift 190kg in the gym..just!

it depends on the timescale of power output. I know for myself that I can output several 100s of Watts for hours while road cycling, and I can have much shorter and higher bursts of power when doing other activities like rock climbing

Different muscles have different levels of power output. Of course strength and endurance are different for every person, but even within the same person, muscles have different abilities. For most people, the strongest muscles in their bodies are the ones you use for chewing (like the masseter and temporalis) or the ones in your upper legs (like the gluteus maximus and quadriceps). The tongue and heart are very strong, too, of course.
