My Work:
I work for an organisation called Salmon Scotland that supports Salmon farmers. Salmon is the most valuable food export in the UK, and makes up a third of consumer seafood purchases. It is an important and nutrious part of our diet.

Salmon farmers get in touch with Salmon Scotland when they have specific issues that they would like support with. We are essentially consultants (helpers) for the industry!

My Typical Day:
I wake up, walk the dog, and typically start work at 8am. I am able to work either at home or in the office, and i do some travelling abroad aswell. My day finishes at 4pm – if i am lucky.

Education:
I went to lots of schools (13) because my father was in the military. The longest period was spent at Taunton School, after this i went to Aberdeen Univerisity to study Marine Biology (4 years). After 2 years working in the industry i completed a Masters Degree (2 years) where i travelled around 3 universities in Europe. I went to Crete (greece), Nantes (france), and University of the Highlands and Islands (scotland).
