I had no idea I would end up in Data Centres as a career….I didn’t even know that they existed!
It’s probably a good thing and a bad thing that people don’t know what a data centre is….Good, because data is important so if you are hidden keeping the data safe is easier. It’s Bad because if people don’t know that these careers even exist how can we get more people to join us int he sector ???

I always hoped to! I think a lot of children want to be a marine biologist – and although it’s not quite scubce diving and looking at pretty fishes, I still absolutely love my job! Getting to work on making fish healthier and have better lives is definitely fun and very rewarding. Plus telling people you’re a marine biologist is pretty cool too!
