Georgia Lambert answered on 18 Mar 2024:
I am interested in social behaviour in insects. More specifically, I would like to know how beetle parents work together to look after their babies. Females and males both contribute to jobs like feeding their babies, defending them from predators and making sure their nest is clean
I ask questions about how do parents decide who does which job. Like if the female does most of the feeding will the male do more of the cleaning? If one of the parents is sick and unable to do any of the jobs will the other take over? That kind of thing! 🐞
