Question: why do we need to learn science

Science can explain how the world works. It helps you make decisions based on facts and analysis not just an assumption or belief. Without science we can’t have all the modern technology, medicines, food, etc. So it’s pretty important to have at least some understanding of science – hence why it is on the curriculum at school.

There is so much science in the world, it explains how everything we use on a day to day basis works. Its good to have some scientific knowledge, you dont have to be a genius as it all just enough to look clever in pub quizzes 🙂
