There are many types of science. You have natural sciences which includes biology, chemistry, physics, astronomy and Earth science. Social sciences which includes things like psychology and sociology. Things like maths and engineering are also conisered a science by some. Each of these branches of science include so many different areas and topics, for example in biology you can study humans, plants, animals and marine animals or bacteria.

then there is physics and the science of forces
and chemistry with the elements of the periodic table and atoms.
and there are new areas of science being developed and discovered all the time as the world changes and we learn more and more

Lots and lots- some of them even sound like jokes, but they are real, like game theory, which looks at how and why people makes decisions or the maths behind how games work or knot theory, which is really complicated maths of whether you can tie and untie knots.
