Not perfectly… but well enough for us to survive. This is a very complex question and is really dependant on the scale on which you are thinking. You can think on the scale of muscles, bones, organs etc… that’s really what medical doctors do. A bit like car mechanics, they know how the components work together and can fix problems. However, they don’t necessarily need to know the microscopic detail of how the components work at the atomic and molecular level… that’s really more for biochemists and biophysicists.
