  Hiya! It would be Vanadium simply because it starts with the letter V. Also bismuth because it looks pretty (I like playing with light and colours, it’s also part of my job 🙂 )

So many it’s hard to pick, but if had to go with one it would be Bismuth. As it looks fascinating in its elemental form and can be purified easily in the lab.
