Depends on the fix! I can do some basic troubleshooting but not take the hardware apart and put it back together 🙂

I can normally troubleshoot software hiccups (that may need configuration changes, updates etc) because I’ve a bit of an understanding as to what sits beneath/behind what users see on the screen.
I can diagnose some networking or hardware problems – and maybe fix some of them.
