Some of the best people in my team are women! Its been good to see more women join the profession in recent years.

No. Not many women in my sector for engineering but things are changing. There are women in the sector but majority of them I have met have been in Marketing, HR, Finance.
I am used to being the first and/or only women on a site full of men but I am typically the lead and things have started to change. Hopefully is a few more years we will have more women join the Data Centre sector.
