I’m probably about an 80 – I won’t stay in this exact role forever as I’d like to progress my career, but I’m pretty happy with my current job

About 80. I like it a lot and do something different every day, which keeps things fresh. But there may be something better that appears one day! I’ve also just applied for a promotion, so it may go up or down depending on the outcome of that 😀

Probably 100… I’m pretty happy with where I am now and the only reason to leave would be retirement.

I would say 100. I have worked for the same company all through my career (which is quite unusual these days) but I have recently been promoted so I have lots of new challenges to get my teeth into.

      50. I don’t like the current environment in academia. Too many younger colleagues are on short term contracts, and there are issues with gender imbalances in pay. We’re supposed to be places where new thinking occurs – yet we’re often stuck in the past.

85! I love my job, I see it as getting paid to learn new things and build systems, win-win! But I also like my time away from my job so I’ll give it an 85 😀

About 50. I am doing my PhD and while I find it really interesting, I don’t think academic research is for me! I hope to find a job in science communication when I graduate.

Probably 85-90. I like the department I work in currently but I know I won’t stay forever – the nature of academic science means you tend to move about a lot especially early on in your career

I would say probably 80%, there are some days that I am thinking that I want to change a job but most days I really enjoy what I do

Probably about a 90! I love my current job, but there are some things I’d like to try that I haven’t done yet. That doesn’t mean I want to stop doing what I’m doing, because I don’t… but I’d like to add more things to it!

I think everyone will have days where it might be a 1, some days it might be 100 if i start to get more days where it is 1 then i might have to question whether it is still right for me.

Probably about a 90 just now. Always room for improvement, but I am pretty happy just now.
